Tucked in the picturesque landscape of Westport, Connecticut we’ve envisioned a net zero energy approach for this project. This is a new construction project which redefines luxury living with its meticulously crafted outdoor oasis. Spanning 300 square feet, the pool house is just the beginning of the 3,800 square feet of lavish outdoor amenities, including an expansive patio, pool, spa, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, lounge, covered terrace with fireplace, outdoor shower, and ample storage.

Prioritizing sustainability, this modern home integrates eco-friendly materials and strategies. All-electric features like tankless hot water heaters, ductless mini-split heat pumps, energy recovery ventilation system and radiant bathroom heating ensure year-round energy efficiency and comfort. Solar panels power the home, while electric vehicle chargers cater to eco-conscious transportation needs.

Careful consideration was given to preserve the natural beauty of the landscape; tree drip lines were marked to protect existing foliage during the construction process to circumvent trees,
ensuring minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment. Collaborating with an environmental non-profit, CET, during demolition allowed us to divert waste from landfills. Their reuse store accepts a wide variety of materials, with proceeds funding free energy-saving assistance and community education.
